As a Land Use Specialist at JRG Attorneys at Law, Trinh assists property owners, business owners, and public entities with a variety of land use and entitlement issues, including application preparation and processing of use permits and entitlements.
Prior to joining JRG, Trinh was executive director of the Affordable Housing Clearinghouse, a non-profit organization located in southern California dedicated to the financing and development of affordable housing. Trinh oversaw AHC’s single- and multi-family lending programs, homebuyer education program, and housing development program. Trinh was recognized for her leadership in the community with an Affordable Housing Award in 2002.
Prior to joining the Affordable Housing Clearinghouse in 1998, Trinh was a land use and environmental consultant. She served on the Kennedy Commission Board of Directors, a non-profit focused on advocacy for housing production for those earning less than $10 an hour.
Trinh also serves on the Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Advisory Council, Southern California Association of Non- Profit Housing (SCANPH) Board, Comerica Community Development Advisory Committee, Rebuilding Together Orange County Board of Directors, Springboard Non-Profit Consumer Credit Management Advisory Board, Southern California Homebuyer Education Collaborative Advisory Board, and Project Access Advisory Board.
Trinh earned a Master’s degree in urban planning from the UCLA School of Public Policy and Social Research. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from UCLA.
