Brianni brings valuable business experience to JRG. Since 2019, Brianni has been advising businesses on a wide range of legal, regulatory, compliance, and operational issues. Before joining JRG, Brianni served as in-house counsel for companies in the pharmaceutical, personal care, health care, and life sciences industries, where she worked closely with executive leadership and business teams on contract negotiation, corporate governance, compliance programs, regulatory matters, business development initiatives, and risk management.

Brianni earned numerous honors as a law student, including being a Staff Member on Volume 43 of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Law Journal, earning Best Oral Advocate in the Nelson Mandela International Negotiations Competition, earning Second Place Team in the Northeast Regional Frederick Douglass Moot Court Competition, and earning First Place Team in the Hofstra Dispute Resolution Society Sports and Entertainment Competition.

Brianni has a long history of community leadership and engagement. She has spoken at many forums, and she frequently volunteers in youth and student enrichment programs. She enjoys scrapbooking, golfing, and water polo. 

Brianni is admitted to practice law in both California and New York, as well as before the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
