Brianni brings valuable experience advising businesses on a wide range of legal, regulatory, compliance, and operational issues. Before joining JRG, Brianni served as in-house counsel for companies in the pharmaceutical, personal care, health care, and life sciences industries, where she worked closely with executive leadership and business teams on contract negotiation, corporate governance, compliance programs, regulatory matters, business development initiatives, and risk management.

Brianni earned numerous honors as a law student, including the Hofstra Law Public Service Award, American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Law Journal | Volume 43 Staff Member, Ricardo Ramos Endowed Scholarship (2015-2018), which is awarded to law students with strong leadership abilities, high academic achievement, and a strong interest in the financial services industry, Best Oral Advocate – Nelson Mandela International Negotiations Competition, Second Place Team – Northeast Regional Frederick Douglass Moot Court Competition, First Place Team – Hofstra Dispute Resolution Society Sports and Entertainment Competition.

Brianni has long history of community leadership and engagement. She has spoken at many forums, including a panel for in-house counsel, keynote for scholarship award luncheon, business legalities webinar, City of Seaside, and Archbishop Mitty High School. Brianni is admitted to practice law in both California and New York, as well as before the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
