JRG is pleased to welcome Brianni M. Lyons, Esq., who will advise clients on business transactions, trademarks, and legal and operational issues. Previously, as in-house counsel for pharmaceutical, personal care, health care, and life sciences businesses, she advised on contract negotiation, corporate governance, compliance, regulatory matters, business development, and risk management. Brianni is admitted to practice law in California and New York and before the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Spelman College.
